Everyone knows him as Brother Dennis. He has pastored Midway since 1991 through all the highs and lows of life. Brother Dennis received his PhD from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1994.

In 1977, he married his high school sweetheart, Rebekah Hanberry, and together they entered full time ministry two years later. After 47 years of marriage, they have been blessed with 9 children and an ever growing number of grandchildren!

Brother Dennis and Rebekah enjoy carpentry, crafts, fishing and drinking evening coffee on their back deck.
